The role of the Canteen at New Rickstones Academy is …

To provide both students and staff with a daily menu choice which is healthy, nutritionally balanced but still enjoyable and to ensure that each student using the canteen has a varied choice both at break and lunchtime
To serve the students and staff in a friendly and efficient way and to listen to their likes and dislikes to maintain a good up-take
To provide refreshments for extra-curricular activities both for students and staff
To keep our 5-star rating, of which we are justifiably proud, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times.
