Examination Certificates

Examination Certificates are very important documents which you will need to present when applying for colleges, universities and employment.  You are therefore urged to collect your certificates on Presentation Evening or as soon as possible thereafter and to keep them safely.

Although New Rickstones Academy is only obliged to keep certificates for a period of one year after issue, we will keep certificates for a rolling two year period.  If you did not collect your certificates from the Academy after the examinations, please contact Mrs Cruickshank, Examinations Officer, at the Academy either by telephone: 01376 515756 or by email: kcruickshank@newrickstonesacademy.org.

If you collected your certificates buy have since lost them, they can only be replaced with a Statement of Achievement by direct application to the appropriate Awarding Organisation.  This will require information on where you sat your examinations and proof of identity (such as birth certificate) and a substantial fee per Awarding Organisation.  You can find further information by visiting the appropriate examination board websites:
